Cohort 01 applications are open. Ten seats.
The problem
The first hundred is the hardest.
You built for months, launched, and met the void. Not because the product was wrong, but because finding users is a different job.
There’s no magic formula for the first hundred. Just a method, and the willingness to get uncomfortable.

Fully remote
Two live sessions a week. A number posted every day. No video library to fall behind on.
The method
Week 1
0 → 3
The Sentence.
Who exactly, what pain, why you. You leave with three candidate positionings, ready to test.
Week 2
3 → 15
First Traffic.
Cold outreach, founder communities, first posts. Your first fifteen users pick the winning positioning.
Week 3
15 → 50
The Channel.
The Reddit playbook, run on your real account. Live surgery on your real posts, twice this week.
Week 4
50 → 100
The Count.
Scale what week three proved. Final push. You present your hundred, on camera.
The PRICE
Judged on one thing only: the Count.

We are not selling you a million dollars in a few days. We have been through this exact step, and we have watched good founders stall on it. Cent exists for that step and no other.
We can't accept everyone, or every model. We specialise in products sold to founders and startups, because that is how we grew our own. If that's not your buyer, we will say no, for your sake and ours.
And we don't do it for you. We hand you the roadmap and work it with you, but you walk it, around five hours a day, for twenty-eight days. If that sounds like too much, it is. For most people.
